Cancellations for classes and events
- For classes held in-studio and online we have an 8 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 8 hours in advance, you will be reimbursed with your Class Pass (Class Pass or PAYG) or you will not be charged (Membership). If you cancel less than 8 hours in advance or do not show, you will not be reimbursed with a Class Pass (Class Pass or PAYG).
- For our courses, workshops, special events, outdoor events and the festival, we do not give refunds or issue credit that can be used at a later date. We are however happy to transfer your booking for the same event/course to someone else (just let us know). If events are cancelled due to weather, credit will be given.
- Cancellations for Yorkshire Retreat. Your £200 deposit is non-refundable. If you can 4 months before the event, we will refund the rest of your money (not your £200 deposit). If you cancel 2 months before the event, we will not refund your money. If you cancel but find someone else to take your place, we will transfer your place free of charge.
- Cancellations for Portugal Retreat. Your £300 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before 1st July we will refund your £500 (not your £300 deposit). If you cancel before 1st October we will refund your final payment (not your £300 deposit or £500). If you cancel but find someone else to take your place, we will transfer your place free of charge.
Cancellations for Passes and Class Passes
- If you buy a pass, class pass, credit or gift voucher, once purchased they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Monthly Memberships are non-refundable and have a 3 month commitment period. If you wish to cancel, please cancel at least 5 working days before your renewal date.
Cancellations for Private Classes
- For all private classes we have 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance or do not show, you will still be charged the set fee.
Waiver
- You are participating voluntarily in our classes and events, and you take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing.
- You recognise that our classes/events require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
- Our teachers/leaders will take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety. Please note however that some of our classes/events involve risk and have a danger of personal injury or death. Anyone taking part in these shall make themselves aware of, and accept these risks, and agree to be responsible for their own actions and involvement and to raise any concerns or questions with the teacher/leader.
- You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation and you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating.
- Before our classes/events, it is your responsibility to make sure all teachers/leaders are aware of any relevant medical information including, but not limited to injuries, pregnancy, post-pregnancy, low or high blood pressure, recent and historic surgeries, epilepsy, arthritis etc. to ensure the safety of, and the greatest benefits to yourself.
- Our teachers/leaders are not doctors and you are responsible for your own body and seeking medical advice from a trained Doctor before our class/event should you need to do so.
- You understand your physical limits and know that your body is different to any one else’s. You will progress at your own pace, and you will not push yourself and increase the chance of injury. You will make appropriate adjustments and stop immediately whenever you feel pain, discomfort or symptoms of a pre-existing condition.
- If you are pregnant, could potentially be pregnant, or you are post-natal, you understand the risks involved for yourself and the child if you participate in our classes/events.
- You understand that food may be provided by us or a third-party. You agree to give a detailed explanation regarding any allergies you may have to the person responsible for making the food/drink prior to the class/event. It is your choice whether or not to consume the food and drink we provide, and you are fully aware of this risk and hereby release us from any and all liability due to your consumption.
- Our website, social media, emails and printed materials are to our best knowledge accurate and produced in good faith. Clients must have a good written and spoken understanding of English so as to understand the information and risks of their activity and information or guidance provided by the teacher/leader. Our teachers/leaders can't take responsibility for any misunderstandings resulting from a client not reading or understanding this information.
Personal Posesions
You understand and agree that the Wellness Space will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your personal effects, property or vehicles during our classes/events.
Consent to Film/Photograph
In order for us to advertise our classes/events, we may take videos or photos. You hereby consent that you give permission for us to do this. If you do not wish for any photos/videos to be taken please inform one of our teachers/leaders prior to the class/event.
