NEW 7 week block start:
Monday 3rd November and
Wednesday 5th November 10.45am

These sessions are a great way to ease yourself back into exercising post-pregnancy, while spending some quality time with your little one and connecting with other mams in your area.

These classes are suitable from about 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 12 weeks after a c-section, up until they are running around.

THINGS TO NOTE

  • Don't worry if you have never done yoga before. 

  • Breastfeeding and nappy changing is always welcome in our studio. Do whatever you need to do.

  • Please always check with your doctor before you start exercise after pregnancy.

  • Please bring your own mat. We have a handful of mats to rent. The fee is £1 per mat.

  • Please try not to bring a buggy - just for space.

  • Come alone or come with friends . Everyone is welcome.
