Our Mamma & Baby Yoga classes are a great way to ease yourself back into exercising post-pregnancy, while spending some quality time with your baby and connecting with other mams in your area.

The sessions focus on movement, breathwork and meditation for the mammas, and connection with your little one.

We offer our Mamma & Baby Yoga sessions in a 7 week block.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- Don't worry if you can't attend every session within the block.

- Breastfeeding and nappy changing is always welcome in our studio. Do whatever you need to do.

- This class is suitable from about 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 12 weeks after a c-section, up until they are running around.

- Please always check with your doctor before you start exercise after pregnancy.

- Feel free to bring buggy, pram, car seat, whatever works best for you and your little one.

- Please bring your own mat. We have a handful of mats to rent. The fee is £1 per mat.

- Please note our Mamma & Baby Programmes are non-refundable.
